It is standard High temp Fr4 (glass tg 180c) .031" thick.  Does that help out?

From the picture, it looks like this maybe a woven aramid material.  If it is,  It may not get better than what you see.  We don't have special notes for woven aramid but maybe we should.  They get pretty fuzzy.  Do you know what the laminate is?

Got an issue here raised by one of our IPC-A-600F users.  The attached .pdf contains a photograph that shows the board edge of a sample which the user believes does not pass the criteria established in section 2.1.1.1., Nonmetallic Burrs.  It would appear as though the router had some problems on the edges and fiberglass fibers are now falling off the edges.

Does this provide sufficient information in order to obtain a consensus from this group on the pass/fail issue?
