Contamination Studies Laboratories (CSL) can conduct ion chromatography
testing of these assemblies to determine the level of contaminants remaining
and the risk impact. As Brian stated, you need to act quickly to have the
best chance of saving the 30 boards. The 30 boards can be cleaned as Brian
described, but you still need to test these to determine the effectiveness
and completeness of any cleaning method you use. Contact me offline so we
can discuss your options and the services we can provide.
