Can anyone explain the reason(s) if you get minimal intermittent Hi-Pot
failures (850 VDC, * 2 sec) on one UUT? Hi-Pot was done on isolated
componentry and passed, and when tested as a whole unit, failure occurs
intermittently (roughly 1 out of 15 times). The failure occurs just about
when the voltage begins to drop back to zero, however the Hi-Pot tester
doesn't indicate any leakage current.

Lester
