Help Please

I'm looking for a comparison of MIL-PRF-55110 to IPC-6012.  I thought I remembered
a thread in the past, researched the archives, and am unable to contact the
originators of the message.  The message originated from Mike Buetow at IPC
and he stated that the comparison came from Boeing.  Mike's successors at IPC
are having trouble locating the information.

My question is: does such a comparison exist?  If it does, how might I get a
copy.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
