Steve,
I agree with John on the CITS Polar being the way to go.
Our board's includes about 60-70% impedance and the new Polar has been
outstanding compared to our old Tex/TDR machine.
FYI,
I also believe a few OEM's are requiring board houses to test on the CITS to
meet their spec's..
