Hi!
Almost all capacitor failures of this kind I analysed were due to cracks.
Some of the capacitors even broke during desordering after electrical failure.
A cross section will help you .If your failed capacitors are all in a specific location, and
you have similar capacitors OK in other locations, you have probably cracks due to mechanical
stress.
