Hi Tom,
Go to: http://www.pcb-repair.com/
They're in Santa Clara just off of Central Expressway and Trimble Road...I
used them when I was in California, and use them now when I'm out in
Oklahoma...
Go to the web page and it has a price list and standard turn around
times...you can get things quicker for a price...(ain't that the norm?) They
do a lot of other things too, replate gold fingers, replace lifted pads,
etc., etc.,...
They do good work, will remove and re-ball the BGA if you're reworking
because of a short or some other solder defect, and verify everything with
X-ray after the rework.
