I don't have web access at work but the Industry magazine, Semiconductor
International should have much of the information you seek, hopefully
on-line. It's a Cahners publication that tracks current and future
technology development for chip Fab. I imagine you would like a local
expert otherwise I could give you a few contacts on the west coast (US).
Also search for the company, Applied Materials, they make ~85% of the
capital equipment in that industry.
