Hello, technet

I am a manufacturing engineer for a CM in Camarillo, and I have a
requirement where I need to soldermask the solderside of a two side mixed
tech assembly. There are only nine smt components on the solder side and I
need to wave the board.

We only have a CamA/Lot 1414 benchtop device. IN trying to program the
camA/Lot, we found that Unicam only programs from the centroid of the part,
and therefore, can't reference the soldermask. I am still researching this
further, but I doubt I will have it resolved by the time the job is required
to run.

Has anyone had any experience with screen printing of solder mask on a pcb?
I am looking for info on type of mask, thickness of screen, squeege speed,
stencil release issues, or any info that may be useful.

Any assistance would be helpful.

Please respond to me directly. I am nomial right now. Our network can't
handle the mail volume yet.

Thanks,

Jared Lang
