Hello Techies -

In my search for information concerning the low-end operating temperature of 
FR-4 I've been getting the Cold Shoulder. High temperature information 
abounds but I have need of information for substrate performance below -40°C.

-52°C, to be precise.

Any experiences or resources that can be shared will be most appreciated, 
including materials other than FR-4.
