Although "well balanced," the MLB construction may have other physical
features not yet described. If you have cutouts, v grooves, or other
such features, you also may have an "unbalanced" construction. This may be
hard to understand and it is equally hard to describe unless the CAD data is
read and analyzed. Also, the assembly process must be observed and
critiqued.

If you intend some type cure testing, most material suppliers provide this
capability. DSC and/or TMA testing will tell you about cure and Tg.

If the materials are not completely cured, throughout the MLB structure,
this many cause problems you see. If other factors are involved, these
relationships must be discovered and correlated to design and process
management effectiveness.
