Hi Ron,

Is the assembly to dense to "glue" the components down with a water soluble
mask?

Hans

Same here. I my previous life we used custom-made weighted fixtures we
designed in-house to hold several LEDs in place during a wave solder
process.

Ron,
I've had a few customers that have used sandbags and even hockey pucks but I
believe they made them themselves. I'm sure this is no help.

Subject: [TN] Wave Soldering

     To All,

I have an assembly that has a few components that want to float while
going over the wave solder. In my past life we used sandbags, but as
the story goes I can't seem to remember where they were purchased. I
was wondering if anyone out there knew where I could get my hands on
some. Thank you in advance for your time and energy.
