Hey Mike,
As forture might have it, many CAD mfgrs use .pcb for their files. Just
for a few: Zuken Visula, Pads Power-PCB, ACT CAM-350 and derivatives.
If it is truly a CAM file, then CAM-350 might be the one. You can get a
shareware copy of PC-Gerber II to try and view it at
http://www.ecam.com/index2.html
The demo copy is only good for 8000 Gerber elements. They may let you have
a temp 30 eval license if the file is in fact a CAM-350 file.
