Hi!!

I have heard some PCB manufacturerss capable of delivering 100 microns
FR4 in a multilayer substrate but I don`t know their source for the
prepreg.  If you are looking for FR4 without fibre reinforcement,
it would be too brittle (like SR) and may not be useful as a substrate/
board.
