Rich,

If you see the stress cracks (crazing) in PCB around PEM fastener that
may bridge two conductors, then it may cause a reliability issue in the
field. It can be checked by horizontal cross-section. The accept/reject
criteria will be similar to that IPC requirement for crazing.
