Mr. Smith,

I take it you have seen this proposal and know what it is suggesting?

I agree about the whole idea of LF, however if IPC is suggesting a timeline
that includes research and fact finding elements, then what can be wrong
with finding real facts?

I personally have not seen the proposal so I don't know exactly what is
being proposed. If it is like you say, then yes, question the scope. If it
is not like you suggest, then lets find out before we go shooting ourselves
in the other foot!
