I need some samples for my CSP project. Any recent articles talk about
this technology?
Thanks

Hi Rudolph!
Go to:
http://www.national.com/packaging/other.html
This is a National Semiconductor web site, they do WLCSP devices (but they
call them MicroSMD devices) in production...I'm sure there are other
companies that do WLCSP too, but I just know they do because we were looking
at these devices for an assembly that we were thinking of building a while
back.
The page has some links to *.PDF files of drawings, data-sheets, etc.
You might want to contact them to see if they can provide you with some
mechanical samples...
Also, Topline Components do carry Flip-chips (which is a WLCSP) that you can
buy,
go to: http://www.toplinedummy.com...don't know what they'll charge you
though...
So yes, they are here!
