Hiya folks, I have been approached by a company that are suggesting that we
use "Silver Through Hole" technology
instead of our usual PTH.
As a manufacturer of fire detection equipment I am concerned about
reliability and long life etc.
I am seeking others knowledge & experiences with this plating method.
Additionally we only ever use FR4, and it is being suggested to use FR4 &
CEM laminates and I would like
to know the good & bad features of these.
Many thanks :-
