Hello all
THE PLANES SHOULD BE PULLED BACK AT LEAST .025 FROM THE BOARD EDGE.
WHAT I HAVE DONE IS PULL THE PLANE BACK .025 FROM THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF
THE BOARD EDGE.
THIS WAY YOU ARE NOT ROUTING THROUGH COPPER OR EXPOSING COPPER ON THE BOARD
EDGE.

EXPOSED COPPER AT THE FINGER EDGE OF THE BOARD IS REJECT. THERE IS A WAY
YOU CAN REWORK. GIVE ME A CALL.

Subject: [TN] Exposed power-ground plane

I need some input from all of you...

What specification provides criteria for power-ground planes being
exposed due the bevel process, or actually exposed planes for any
reason?

Or does anyone know the specific criteria, dimension, tolerance, etc for
this condition.

----------
------------\- < exposed power layer
------------/- < exposed ground layer
----------

Thanks,

Franklin D Asbell
