We have had situations in the past where we ask a third party to evaluate
and test, as required, product.  Contamination Studies Labs (CSL) in Kokomo,
Indiana, has helped us develop objective data/empirical evidence that the
product met requirements.  CSL didn't necessarily act as what you call an
arbitrator, but helped us prove to ourselves and the customer that the
product met requirements.  CSL can also provide you with solutions.  Call

you with a prompt reply concerning your options.
