I found it informative, more basic than Combs tome, but detailed in scope if
not technical specifics.

I'm looking for recommendations on whether Printed Circuit Board Materials
Handbook by Martin W. Jawitz (Editor) is a good read.  It's a McGraw-Hill
Electronic Packaging and Interconnection Series book.
