This is an excellent book to have in your library.  The index is not very
well done, so you have to search a little to find things, but overall very
useful.

Hi Gang,

I'm looking for recommendations on whether Printed Circuit Board Materials
Handbook by Martin W. Jawitz (Editor) is a good read.  It's a McGraw-Hill
Electronic Packaging and Interconnection Series book.
