Frank,

It is a fact that the IPC-D-275 has be obsoleted for new designs. The
IPC-2221/2222 contain a much enhanced material section than was offered in
the "275".

The IPC-D-330 is designed as a broad based tool for acquiring generalized
knowledge about design issues. It draws from many IPC released standards.
However, it is NOT the standard. You should be using the IPC 2200 series of
design standards.
