Sorry for maybe an unclear response.  I replied to George Wenger at Lucent
direct, as he ask a good question about what the contamination was,  and
thought maybe everyone else might want clarification.

To clarify, we ask CSL to become involved in our situation because we
thought a third party was necessary.  The result was that CSL, if my memory
serves me correctly, showed us and our customer that our cleaner was causing
the contamination.  As I explained to George, the point is, they, CSL,
provided us with a timely visit, evaluation, and timely response to tests we
performed on the cleaner addressing the issue at hand which gave us
direction how to resolve the issue.  We were happy, our customer was happy,
and that's a good thing.  A happy ending.

I might note that Doug Pauls or Pat Kane may be easier to reach since Terry
Munson does a lot of the traveling for CSL.  Doug Pauls is at
