Hi Pete,

Not to worry, we laminate in the 16 inch direction.
Our machines got serviced last year and we just replaced the rollers on one.

For this prototype batch our current fix will keep us going.

Hans,

One simple solution is to make sure you are laminating
in the narrow direction.  (i.e. 16 inches across) If
you try to laminate flex wide ways it is very hard not
to wrinkle.  The Dupont HRL is capable of laminating
9111 so if you are still having trouble check out the
alignment as others have suggested.
