We're having a problem with the cover tape for an 0503 chip component.
There seems to be static build-up which causes the components to stick to
the tape upon release (the tape is not tacky) or the component flips on end.
What are the best options for specifying cover tape material? Is there
anything that can be done with the existing reels?
