Hello,

We are trying to qualify chemical tin as an alternative for HASL.  Because we don't want to do the qualification all by ourselfs we want to ask some test results from our supplier.  Is there a standard specific for surface finishes, where some tests and
requirements are described concerning reliability and performance?  Does there excists a standard related to whiskers, what test do we have to do and what are the requirements?
