Hi TechNetters,

Does anyone has experience of integrating a stand-alone flux station on a
SMD placement machine?  If yes, appreciate if you can recommend any third
party manufacturer of flux stations available in the market?

We are currently engaging in flip chip placement and flux dipping is a must
for such process.  We being told that for smaller bump size like in the
range of 4 mils diameter, "Linear" dip fluxing works better than the
"Rotary" motion method.

We would like to integrate an off-line flux station on our SMD placement
machine.  Again, if anyone has relevant information in this regard, can you
please share with me?
