Hi,
I have some questions about IPC-TM-650 Number 2.4.21D. These questions
are as follows:

1. Do the unsupported component hole contain plated-through hole (PTH) and
not plated-through hole (NPTH)? ( In old version (version C), it contains
plated-through hole (PTH) and not plated-through hole (NPTH).) And why do
the method have the change?

2.The specification about Land Bond Strength test which is described in IPC-
6012A paragraph 3.7.3 is to withstand 2 kg or 35 kg/(cm*cm), whichever is
less. Is it right? what does 2 kg mean? Does 2 kg mean the load force L? Is
the calculation of 35 kg/(cm*cm) in accordance with the formulation which
is described in IPC-TM-650 Number 2.4.21D?

Please help me to solve these questions and e-mail to me. Thanks!
Best Regards,
