Help,
Any one willing to help with an SAP Quality Module question?
Here is the scenario:
I have a damaged serial number in an inspection lot of 100 boards.
Unfortunately, I do not know the actual serial number that is damaged. Now I
need to replace this serial number with a new one. Since I do not know the
one that needs to be replaced, I can't delete one from the inspection lot
that was created and add a new number in. How do you handle this? I need to
add defects against this board, but can't without the serial number being in
the system. Hopefully this makes sense to the SAP QM people, I know, I'm
confused. Any help would be appreciated. Please email me privately so as not
to clog up technet. Any SAP related web sites for help with also be
appreciated.
Thanks
Carl Barnes
