Joel,

This is something that I don't think you will find any "industry standard"
on. However, this is something we do all the time for our HV applications.
Let me see if I can put together a collection of our documentation for you.

Regards,

Phil Nutting

Subject: [TN] Ball soldering for high voltage PCB assembly

I am new to this list.
I am looking for information pertaining to Ball Soldering for high voltage
PCB assembly.
Is there a IPC standard or a procedure on how to do this technique?

Joel Miller
