Hi Ken!

Joyce Koo (sorry Joyce) is going to be the guru on this stuff...give her some
time to get settled though. May turn out though, that this stuff is so new
(as to be proprietary, that it will be difficult to learn anything from
anybody else)...it may turn out to be trial and error. Just telling it like
it is...
