Looking for some basic guidance/suggestions . . .

We're an OEM who produces several barrels of scrap boards a year, oil and
other like petroleum based wastes, along with small 'chemical waste streams'
from our R& D Department.

Who out there uses these facilities, and how do you go about qualifying one?
Any and all input would be greatly appreciated.
