Actually the GEE term is from the MIL-I-24768 which is the spec for unclad
laminates. The following is from that spec:
1.2.1 Types. The types of insulation grouped according to the base material
used, shall be as follows:
        a....
        b. Glass Fabric, Base, Epoxy-Resin Binder
GEE Glass Fabric Base, Epoxy Resin, Electrical Grade
GEB Glass Fabric Base, Epoxy-Resin, High Temperature
Electrical Grade
GEE-F Glass Fabric Base, Epoxy-Resin, Flame Resistant,
Electrical Grade
GEB-F Glass Fabric Base, Epoxy-Resin, High Temperature,
Flame Resistant, Electrical Grade

For all intents and purposes I believe the GEE is the same as the NEMA Grade
G-10 or Mil Spec GEN, and the GEE-F is the same as the NEMA Grade FR-4 or
Mil Spec GFN. The GEB is the G-11 and the GEB-F is FR5.

Hope this helps.
