Hello,
     What do you have to read to let you know that an attack submarine is
made for one thing, to attack.
     Don't kid yourself this is not cold war era this is the year 2000, these
subs are in service NOW.  Do you think the US submarines are delivering
Twinkies to the rest of the world?  Do you think that Russian sub was
practicing for the the Olympic 400 meter freestyle competition?  Who really
knows why it sank besides the poor guys on the sub, it's tragic but part of
the job.  Werner wasn't trying to insult anyone, this is the melting pot of
the world, a sub sank, it's big news.  It just happened to be a Russian sub.
