Hello Technetters,

I've just been shown a board coated with CONAP CE-1170 which has
some sort of white residue on the surface.  It goes of if scratched.
Under UV, the coating application looks fine, but I doubt that
our client would be happy to see that ugly white "powder".

Anyone knows what causes this and how to avoid it???
