Sure it can, but it may not turn out the way you need it. 300 for 60 minutes sounds
right for that type mask.

How large are the areas requiring touchup? If they're not too large would an
alternative work (i.e. touch-up pens discussed last week)?

Wouldn't the board vendor be a more likely candidate/source for performing these
touchups?
