Ron:
You might want to look at a recently published text, edited by Johan Liu, "Conductive Adhesives in Electronics"
I also think that IEEE CPMT Journal may have some papers on the electrical performance of conductive epoxies. Have you checked these out yet?

Good Morning TechNet!
I am looking for information on conductive adhesives. As much as possible
would be fantastic, however, I would like information on switching speed
capability using conductive adhesives. I thought that a year or so ago
someone had written an article on conductive adhesives and had done some
work on switching speeds.
Do you recall that or is there a better place/web site . . . etc . . . I can
find out this information?
Thanks
Ron Hollandsworth
