Hi,

Does anyone know of a good reference book on alternative surface
finishes? Or possibly a thorough reference book on circuit boards which
covers everything from A to Z (including surface finishes)? I am looking
for a book which will explain the advantages and disadvantages of using
various technologies, as well as a description of the testing that
should be done to qualify technologies.
