With Book-to-Bill Ratios running 1.15 - 1.25 since February 2000, do any "high quality,
high tech" companies have production capacity for these kinds of engineering intensive
designs?
And if they did, wouldn't you begin to wonder why?
I have heard of a "high quality, high tech" fab house booking production orders for
June of 2001 already. I said booking.. not just quoting. I have heard of another
board house being offered $250,000 to reserve capacity for a customer that hates to be
told "NO".
"Toto... we are not in Kansas anymore."
