Try http://www.ee.washington.edu/circuit_archive/parts/.  There is a
transistor cross reference there.  A search on the base designation -
omitting the "Y" at the end - yields the transistor itself, the 2SC3325, as
well as the 2SA1313.  If you plug the 2SA1313 back into the search, it
coughs up a bunch of other alternatives, mostly 2SAxxxx number, as well as
an ECG2407.  ECG (and a similar company, NTE) both specialize in replacement
& second source semiconductors.  Their parts are readily available.  Be sure
to compare the important specifications of your part against those of any
suggested replacements.
