FreeTradeZone on the web might help.  You could search for a particular part
and also cross reference with another  and the technical data was also
available. Jon

Techsters,

I'm looking at the need to cross reference a goodly number of
what I believe to be Japanese part numbered discrete semis.
Most all begin with     2SC and are of the form 2SC3325Y, for
example.

Is there a cross reference on the web somewhere that might
cross these to US/Euro sources?
