Phil,

I have several suggestions for you.

First of all, check out this website for the MicroCare product line:
http://www.microcare.com/

You should consider using solutions like EC-7M, Proclean, Isoclean, and
Ionox BC. My only word of advice is that each solvent does have material
characteristics which could possible effect the material properties of the
board. For example, Ionox BC will remove certain conformal coatings.
Recommend that you test any solvent on a limited basis before releasing to
the shop. Check out the technical data sheet and the MSDS.

Also, some operators are hypersensitive to some of these cleaners. EC7M does
smell like orange peels and some operators are allergic to it.
