Michael,

We have been using Chemask Peelable mask with good results in a hand
application. However this is an ammoniated product and has an "offensive"
odor.

I have Chemask DA (non-ammoniated) to test in our application as well as
Kester Techform TC 530 de-ammoniated latex solder mask and Techspray
Wondermask P Peelable Solder Mask also non-ammoniated. My test is two fold,
performance and ability to dispense from a syringe with an 0.047 (or larger)
needle.

I don't have results available yet.

Regards,
Phil Nutting
Manufacturing Engineer

Subject: [TN] Peelable SolderMask

Any manufacturers in here have experience with peelable mask? Only the good
points are ever discussed in the sales brochures. I'm looking for the evil
side. It seems to go against everything I've ever tried to accomplish with a
solder mask and it makes me a little nuts to think a customer wants to undo
what we try so hard to do! I'm afraid next they'll want removable
traces.....Any thoughts or comments appreciated.
