Hi everyone,

I need some input on what others use to separate their .031" thick PCB's.
We currently use a diamond blade cutter that has two blades, one on top and
one on the bottom that you can adjust to different height's, but our
operators are having difficulty separating the thinner boards. This machine
is motor driven which is causing problems because once you get started,
there is no turning back. We are scraping boards because the cutters fall
out of the v-score and runs across the PCB. I have seen different kinds of
cutters on the market, but would like to get others opinion on what style
they use etc., and what you think of it, and how does your operators feel
about it. I don't want this to turn into free advertisement, so you can
e-mail me offline if you like.

Thanks,
Jim
