Here are a few issues that you should investigate in regard to material
compatibility before proceeding.

1.  Will the residue remaining from the no clean flux absorb the solvent from
the candidate conformal coat material?
2.  Will the resulting mixture of coating and no clean residue change the
electrical characteristics of the circuit (i.e. dielectric constant,
impedance)
3.  Will the resulting mixture be prone to moisture absorption in your
application?
