You can consider the following X-Ray Systems, and their respective websites:

Nicolet Imaging Systems: http://www.nicimg.com/

Both of these systems can perform the inspection you described. I recommend
that you get some samples and try them before purchasing. These systems can
be used either for 100% inspection, sample plan inspection, or product
verification.
