(1) try use most aggressive flux you can find in house
(2) get the profile on the hot side without burning
(3) a little longer pre-heat (slow without damage)
if you still can not solder...it is a hand-solder job...(check the design,
if it is a copy of 1970-early 80s...hand solder the parts!)...my 2
cents...(I am not envy your job..;-)..but been there, done that...It is
mandatory experience for wave solder job......and good luck
