Peter, our procedure is:
"Bake the PWB for 3.5 +/- 0.5 hours at 185 +/- 25 deg. F and 27 in. Hg
(685.8 torr) minimum. Rebake the board every 14 calindar days at 145 +/- 10
deg. F for 12 hours minimum unless the PWB or PWA is not in work. If not in
work, store in a dry nitrogen box and rebake before the next soldering
operation."
(Space Fight Hardware)
This has worked for us for over 15 years. Good luck, Peter.:-)

        Our supplier recomends 110 deg C for 4 - 6 hours, no more than 6 -
10
boards High (1.6mm). The standard we use is 6 hours and 6 boards per FLAT
stack in our oven. I'm uncertain what the standards say on this issue,
we've
never really bothered to look it up, as we've never had moisture problems.
