Hoy Paul and everybody!

I got 5-pre-heaters, three on the bottom and two on the top. Pre-heating the
sh*t outta of it to the point that made Paul giggle...(fried the flux). Like
I said, I even went to the extreme of fluxing the top of the board as
well...also tried running the board twice through the machine, first time
just fluxing and preheat, and then grabbing it off the exit end and putting
through another flux and preheat and then having the wave on...but no joy.

D.O.D. design, so no changing it...I love my job.

May put some pictures up tomorrow...
